My wife and I had a very positive experience with dealing with Jo, who helped us with the process of merging our separate bank accounts into a joint one. The process was very clear and she made sure that we filled in the forms correctly. Most polite and helpful.
Always friendly staff, very professional. Called in today Jo and Lisa manager were there and dealt with my banking. Google need to put up more stars, somewhere around the thousands should do.
The negative review of the manager is nonsense. She helped me on one of the most stressful mornings of my life, and I will never forget it. Thank you Ms Richardson!

I like the building its old and stately in appearance. The staff are nice too and Natalie gave us good advice on how to manage the account.
All the staff nice apart from the miserable woman manager who used to work at Newquay. Needs some people Skills as she clearly hasn’t got any.
