Disgusted the Treforest branch is being closed. It’s a godsend that I use on a regular basis. Might have to think of switching banks.

Since the redundancy, cutting down staff; service has been reduced. What to expect from banks run and backed by the Public Sector these days? You can't fire them and they can't go bankrupt if they perform poorly. Staff have improved. Their customer service has gone better. Despite the dangers and the perils of Pontypridd, they're still working hard. They will help clear overdraft charges once you explained your circumstances to them. Very helpful to stop you going into debt. Despite all banks being owned by the public sector, this is a decent bank.

Went to natwest this morning,putt cash in and they haven't putt it through tidy,not in my account,all weekend now with no access to no money,charming.
