Shocking service as usual and even the self service machine aren't working, poor state of affairs especially when the only open for 3 hours on a Saturday. Wake up to the real world and stay open all day as and serve your customers.
Excellent service all the time.
Female branch manager was rude, unprofessional, immature and basically an incompetent brainless chav.
Disappointing, more then once there has been a long que of customers and only one staff member on at kiosk. Other natwest staff walking around asking if they can help you. Maybe get those staff on the remaining kiosks to deal with the customers?
solihull customer service is disgraceful sarcastic arrogant and not helpful at at all
