DO NOT USE TORQUAY NATWAST. Just been stood outside this bank for 45 minutes waiting to be served. After no answer from the door someone finally came out and said to come in, I asked the man to step back from the doorway so I can have my social distance and I was told if I wasn't willing to break the covid-19 laws I wasn't allowed into the bank. I'm absolutely discussed that there is no social distancing in place at this branch. And the markings on the floor are only 1 meter apart not 2 meters like the law states. I've been a natwest customer for years but I am now closing my account.

Typical bank really completely unhelpful with customer relations and under staffed . Maybe they could put some of the billions of profits back into the business rather than paying shareholders/executives extremely large payments. The whole banking system needs to change.

The banking system in this country has become the most unhelpfully organisation I've come across!!!....tantamount to organised crime!!!!....in this age instant communication why does it take 7 working days for a cheque to clear....I wonder how these people sleep at night!!!
