The branch seems ok, clean, tidy etc, easy to park. But the member of staff I spoke to was extremely unhelpful. I wanted to pay cash into someone else's account (which I realise now does seem to be something you can't do anymore). He spoke to me like I was a complete idiot and was really quite rude - a simple explanation would have done!! I just want to add that the thing that most annoyed me was that this cashier (who was a man at least 20 years older than you would normally see in this role) leant back in his chair and told me he didn't have the time to go into any detail why I couldn't complete what used to be a simple transaction - and there was not one other customer in the branch!!! Rant over.
