Brilliant customer service, very friendly staff. This branch does get busy from time to time so bare that in mind those who want to go peak times, due to being so close to a main road. Floor staff are great I have had no problem with them what so ever, going that extra mile to help out where need be. Parking can be a squeeze but its what you expect...
Visited the branch today and James was very patient and understanding and took the time to help me set up the app on my phone . Excellent customer service .
I've got to agree with Terry bellow they don't seem to want this branch at all. Always forcing you to use the machines to pay in cash is a nightmare. Regarding those machines I had to pay in a reasonable amount well in my eyes anyways about £400 in , I counted the cash several times to make sure the amount was correct even counted it again at the till before putting it in to the machine lucky I did as that is were the cctv is well you guessed it it did not county money correctly and was £20.00 short shock horror! Called the lady to help while a large queue built up she checked the machine and said NOPE its not lost in the machine you must of miscounted.... erm nope love I don't mis count cash a heated debate started I asked for cctv to be checked, I got asked to leave the branch and was told to ring there customer complaints I was Still £20.00 down ! It was how i was treated by the staff there like id stolen from them and I was wrong and they was right even tho they hadn't even handled my money I did get my £20.00 refunded but it was only with a lot of pushing and asking for the cctv to be inspected, if I hadn't of counted my money at least 5 times b4 putting it in to that stupid machine I'm fairly sure I would not of got it back ! I have heard from others they too have lost money in those job stealing machines !!
Handy local branch rather than having to go into Maidstone town centre. Popular as there has always been other customers on each of my visits. Staff have always been helpful, friendly and have assisted me in using the new self service machines. There is however, still the option of using the "human" cashier if you prefer. Good open plan layout and easy access for wheelchair users. Parking is on the road outside but has always been busy on my visits. There is a free car park at the rear with designated Natwest spaces.
Some what of a back water branch. You should have no expectations of help because you will not receive any. Customer service is non-existent. You will be coerced and deflected to use Online banking at every chance they get and forced to use cash machines. Any transactions that involves cash will be discouraged/denied and will lead to you being turned away. unacceptable.
I did not go in side but my friend did and she said that she felt like a criminal the way she was treated and spoken to she closed her accounts and left when she got back into my car that is when she told me of her experience. Well nat west a customer lost . Because of attitude
I'm quite disappointed really, the design and the appearance of this place is nice, but the faulty cash machines, and lack of staff there, makes the place at risk of closure. I like Larkfield, but this branch has got to do better, in order to get more customers to this bank. You did try though Larkfield.
Opening times are awful for anyone who works in the day. Would be better to have an 8:30 - 5:30 at least one day. Parking can be a real issue
A unfriendly service not impressed at all I am poorly and cannot get on with the self-service machine at this present moment in time I wish for the staff to deal with me at the counter rude would be an understatement.
Very busy, massive queues as the machines never work. Parking is dangerous to pedestrians. They need more staff and less machines.
