Very polite helpful staff, well worth any wait.
For the last 5 months we have been receiving Nat West Statements for a company calling themselves Astute Estates, a company that has absolutely nothing to do with us! We have tried returning the mail to sender, we have complained to Nat West Head Office and on 24 August we actually came into your branch to complain face to face! We would point out that we were forced to stand in a queue for ages because your branch is so woefully understaffed. When eventually we were served the cashier said she would try ringing them and asking if they would come in and change their address. My wife complained that this was not good enough, whatever Nat West and your client did was not our business but we did insist that our address should be removed completely from all records relating to this company! The cashier said she would speak to the manager and get the address changed to the Nat West branch. Clearly this did not happen as yet again we have received a statement for Astute Estates. We have no idea what their financial situation is but as they are using our address without permission something which Nat West Camborne is knowingly complicit in I might add, this could seriously affect our credit rating. As well as writing this review I shall be writing to Nat West Camborne today with a view to taking legal action. There are only two names on our house deeds....and they don’t include Astute Estates....this company does not have the permission or right to use our address! Neither do we have any accounts with Nat West, thus apart from a letter of apology we do not want to receive anything further from you or any of your clients who don’t appear to know their own address!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have recently opened a business account with Natwest. Everytime I have visited this bank I have had to wait in line approx 20 min with only 1 person on the window and a long line of people waiting. On one occasion I even waited 30mins. This is apauling customer service, I don't have the time to be waiting that long and it just shows that customers are not a priority. I will not be keeping my account with them and will be charging to lloyds who i know give good customer service.
Worst branch ever been too, the older lady cashier could do serious training incompetent at her job and appears not to know what she’s doing, like she’s guessing. Doesn’t put much faith in customers. Also states open at 9:30 on Wednesdays online but don’t open until 10am this needs updating
Having recently moved our banking to Natwest I would not recommend them at all. Far from 'Helpful' banking the service and time to set up the account and give us access has been measured in months. The advertising campaign is so far from the reality. We thought the grass was greener from our current bank but how wrong we were.
Like the way that the bank has recently improved the facilities. It has a new, wheelchair friendly entrance. There is also a machine inside to help process everyday transactions, like cash and cheque deposits, in addition to their tills. Another machine there can quickly counts coins, for savers that like to put their loose change in a jar. It provides a vital service to lots of small businesses, that bank cash or need change for their customers. It also has a cashpoint. #wheelchairaccessible #bank #natwest #cashpoint #atm
Terrible service each time I've visited but as I usually do online banking I could live with that. However on my last visit one member of staff was extremely rude, unfortunately she wasn't wearing her name badge so I was unable to get her name in order to make a formal complaint. I have banked with Natwest for 25 years and never met such a sorry excuse for a customer assistant. Will be sure to get her name on my next visit.
It's a bank what do you expect
Incredibly long waiting time and poor communication. People were walking out it took so long. Not a great way to spend my day off.
Can be a little Time here due to being understaffed but set in square of town centre and staff friendly and helpful
