Visited today to check when my benifits went in .Karen who dealt with me went above and beyond! She wrote down when I last had both payments and then worked out when I was due for the next payments .We were talking about a scam that was going around and I explained I had had a brain injury and how my husband has drummed in to me to never give my bank details out to anyone .Karen said would you like me to put a note on your records so people here are understanding with you and take their time.What a cracking lady.She deserves a pay rise .Well done Karen I would also like to mention Sam on a different day .Lovely member of staff,shame this bank is closing
