Bought three sofas from Natuzzi Tottenham Court Road - Andrew The Manager whom I dealt with was excellent. Helped with colour scheme, design and room configuration. A+
Nice designs, bad quality. 4 year old sofa and the arm collapsed. Apparently the arm is not considered part of the frame of the sofa! The guarantee is useless, do not buy.
Fantastic design however you really need to choose your staff very carefully. I just waited for 10 minutes before interrupting her obviously very non business related phone call to ask something and i was almost told off for doing so. So unprofessional!!!
Great products and great post-sale customer service which sometimes is as important as the products. They have replaced a lamp that came with a small defect to make me fully happy.
One of my favourite shops. You feel you're in Milan or Rome...great shop, great furniture, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, informed, interested, professional staff...bought my first piece of furniture here years ago...if you love beautifully designed furniture, have a tonne of spare cash & want to splash out, come here...
