Inherently lovely team, however need to pay more attention when taking bookings. I was somehow booked for the incorrect service despite speaking with the receptionist more than once. The therapist was kind enough to rectify this however more should be taken next time to avoid the stress. Good throrough review of my dental health though!
Excellent. Got email notifications prior to date as a reminder. Arrival was very welcoming. The dental staff was friendly and made one feel comfortable to be there. My treatment was explained in detail, and felt relaxed throughout. End of treatment recommendation were made to maintain teeth and gum health. All done in half hour and was able to get on with the rest of my day. Would recommend Natureza. A++++++++++
Terrible and unprofessional customer service from receptionist. Never picks up the phone or responds to emails. Unfriendly and unhelpful. I waited for 40 minutes for my appointment and she just ignored me, until I asked what the delay was. Sat waiting due to an error her end missing an email that was sent with X-rays. No accountability or apology. However, male dentist and assistant sorry don't know their names were very professional and informative. Just a shame about the customer service.
The hygienist Ionot and his assistant were very friendly and professional. They were patient with me as they know I am nervous when visiting dentist. Would recommend .
Terrible customer service, these people only care about taking as much money from you as possible, after I had a root canal that was done well I was given bad advice about the filling, this advice cost me the tooth it was admitted by the dentist however they still wanted me to pay £290 for the extraction of the tooth because it might be a 'difficult extraction'. In my opinion when you make a mistake you should be considered when the client or patient return don't just try to take as much money as possible. I recommend going anywhere else or performing dentistry on yourself.
I would highly recommend Natureza Dental Care! The staff are very caring, kind and professional .They make you feel welcome.
This practice has continued to go downhill in recent months. We have given the benefit of the doubt so many times, but now we have reached the final straw. Nobody ever answers the phone, there are never appointments available and more recently the level of care has felt like a burden to the practice rather than a positive. I have tried to get an emergency appointment today, especially as I have denplan, and have been told 5th of Feb is earliest.. nobody seemed to understand the emergency element!
I’ve been a customer for a while. The treatments are of a good standard and the staff are really nice. However, the administration needs fine tuning. I’ve started saving my receipts because I’ve repeatedly had incorrect information regarding payment on my account: payments I’ve made not recorded or an incorrect amount reflected. It was not always to my detriment, which means these are honest mistakes by staff, but it’s very frustrating constantly having to double check.
I had a clean and polish and my teeth feel amazing he did such a thorough job . He explained everything to me and what I need to do to look after my teeth . Will definitely be back
My dental procedure was fine however after spending nearly £400 at this practice, you would be led to believe that you would experience good post customer care but I experienced quite the opposite. Dentists talking right in front of as you wait for them to tend to you at the appointed time. Mistaken for a different client. Vital information not being procured. And when you do call/email and eventually complain you are ignored! Find another dental practice which is run by professionals who respect their client's as human beings and not just ATM machines.
