What a great place! The staff are really friendly and I got these beautiful riven slate tiles for a fireplace restoration I was doing for less than £20! I couldn't be more happy with the results.
Ryan and his team at Poole branch has a 10/10 excellent customer service of marketing and selling their good quality products ,it’s fair and competitive prices ,prior coming to the shop , I had several quotes already , Ryan’s approach was very professional, calm and reassuring , by that moment of time with him , I was absolutely certain , I want to buy products from this company, the qualities that I admired most is his honesty , professionalism, flexibility with delivery of products despite there was a small glitch but resolved very quickly , his superb communication keeping me up to date but above all his pleasing personality, NST is so lucky to have a guy like him running their branch , I can honestly say that if you are looking for a reliable , honest and trustworthy salesperson , Ryan should be your first port of call without a doubt and hesitation .Ryan , Peter and the whole team at NST Poole branch , keep up the good work .
Have just done a shipping container delivery there. Barter Rd was full of other delivery lorries and it was 20 mins getting in there with lots of shunts. On the plus side the staff were excellent and were proactive in helping me to get onto their ramp. If access was easier for artics 5 stars definitely.
Nice staff came to see me and help with anything. Freindly and welcoming. Good supply or many many decent quality products.
