Really happy with the service I received from Naturalight systems. The sales guy came and measured up with very little notice and emailed my quote the same day. Very good price and within a week the dome was on the roof. Have used since first order and will use again.
Hi my name is Martin duke and I received news from my employer “natural light systems “ that I am being dismissed as I refused to work during a time when me and my team should have been self isolating due to one of my colleagues testing positive for Covid 19. Natural light systems did not shut down and deep clean as required when finding out one of my team tested positive for Covid 19 and we were not told to go home to self isolate after being in direct contact with the person who tested positive for a period of days whilst he was complaining of symptoms and went for test and receiving his results during a shift. We were encouraged to return to work and out the five man team two were sent home, I left to self isolate and 3 workers who have been in contact with the person who tested positive remained at work whilst still working within a larger environment contacting several other employees. I felt really unsafe and unnerved from the owners and management done no where near what was required to keep us safe I just hope no one catches the virus as a result of their selfish actions and the clear disregard to the government guidelines.
Very professional and charming sales manager, from the point of contact till the end result Jason made sure that all my needs were met. He suggested the solar glaze which all fit perfect, all round a great experience. Would recommend.
I ordered 2x rooflights through Naturalight Systems recently and their service was faultless, their staff are very helpful especially during these difficult times and went above and beyone to accomodate my request. Very reasnable lead times and my rooflights were actually delivered 2 days earlier than promised which was brilliant! The best in the business for what they do. I would definitely reccomend Naturalight Systems to anyone looking for Rooflights.
I was the person infected with covid mentioned in previous comment. Both myself and the person in direct contact who I work close with on a daily basis where sent immediately to self isolate. For the record Naturalight did a extensive clean and even have a professional company doing regular cleans. There have been no more further cases, as a result of myself and the companies actions, which proves we must of done something right and stopped it before could spread and everyone is now healthty and safe.
This company couldn’t even Run a bath never mind a business. Tried to contact them all week. When we got through we were past to different people then to be hung up on they put phone down on us we have bought numerous sky lights from these even then that has been a terrible service. Very unprofessional. Never again will we use this company.
