Excellent place for both the kids and the adults. Interesting museum with lots to see. Great little quiz for the kids to do. Be prepared for no parking as always busy, so you may have a walk from the centre of Tring car parks. Great little cafe too for cake and coffee! Recommend.
What a place. Really loved our experience here and just so much to see. We will be coming back for a second visit as there was simply not enough time for us to see it all. 5 star experience! Thank you.
This is an absolutely must visit place. Fascinating collection of birds, bugs and giant sloths. Whilst taxidermy is a weird British pastime, this Rothschild collection is very educational with a great walk in the park adjacent to follow.
A great place to visit for half a day. It's free as it's part of the London natural history museum. The town of Tring is worth a visit also the adjoining parkland/ woods. Could easy spend a day here.
The collection is vast and fascinating. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and all rooms including bathrooms and cafe were immaculately clean. Perfect afternoon out for the family.
Brilliant museum, great if you love animals, birds, bones and unusual things. Very interesting for all. Amazing building full of wonder. Car parking available for free and just a ting walk to the museum entrance. Free. Open most days. They have a cafe too and outside seating. Lifts to get upto the next galleries.
This is actually very good. It's not the biggest place so won't take you hours to walk round and also it's only really contains stuffed animals. However, it's very interesting to see all the types and variety of animals. Definitely worth taking kids!
