Great school uniform shop. They have separate location for shop and another dedicated location for the online order collection on the same site, very organised. Very tidy hop, staff pleasant and helpful. If you have placed an online order and have to pick it up it takes only about a minute. For shop today there was a small queue.
Always a good experience
Ordered a haven high knitted jumper for a boy going in to year 7, however it came up insanely small. Very helpful and friendly staff, sorted with a sensible sized jumper within the week.
Excellent on line order system. Quick getting the order ready. Very covid secure for online collection and in shop purchase. Very friendly and plenty of stock.
Terrible service, went to change some shirts and refused to exchange because of taking it out of the bag... she actually told me how is going to sell it without the packaging??? My God what happed to common sense ... my advice would be to avoid the shop in Spilsby as the staff are a joke!!!
