Walked into the branch for the first time yesterday, and today I walked out with a current account bring set up and everything being moved from my bank! Extremely professional staff, I spoke to a member of staff named Mark who was very helpful. I found something online but I wasn't able to explain what I was looking for to him but he tried his best and in the end he figured out what I was after. Now all that's left is to set up my savings accounts and I'll be a very happy guy.
