"As a mutual, we’re owned by, and run for, the benefit of our members* – meaning we’re free to reinvest more of our profits into improving products and services. Last year alone, we paid back half a billion pounds to members through better-value current accounts, mortgages and savings accounts. And we plan to do even more. Like investing £500 million into our branches over the next five years.Plus, our ethos is to not only look after our members and their money, but to give back to our wider communities, too. You’ll find us in one of 650+ branches across the UK, where we look forward to saying hello.* You’re a member when you have a current account, mortgage or savings account with us."

We went in with a problem to do with our credit card that was very worrying. Samantha and the girls behind the counter were absolutely fabulous. Sorted our problem out, super friendly and cheerful. Thanks girls. Pete
Fantastic branch as the staff cannot do enough for you HOWEVER why are your branches still only open 10am - 2pm when everything else is getting back to normal. I never understood why branches had to change opening hours anyway. Understand the social distancing in the branches and the queueing system but why the change in opening hours. COVID never reduced the amount of cash in the country and if anything it has created more money issues for individuals so if anything I would have expected longer opening hours. I don’t see why you needed to take use of the government furlough scheme?
