Completed my car repairs well, wouldn't say quickly but was done to a good standard and car was cleaned quickly too. They handled the claim well. They could do with speeding the process up a little but i was still happy with the work they completed. The curtsy car i had was appropriate. The process took 1 1/2 weeks to do the work but took about 3 weeks to get the car booked in initially , i had to keep ringing to chase up when the third party was sending clarification for the go ahead of the work so wasn't the companies fault but i did have to keep chasing them. I will say though i left my Driving licence there when i collected the curtsy car and this was brought to me to my property by a member of staff after he called me to gain permission to bring it to me. This was great customer service to save me going back to the garage to collect it. Thanks Rob, great customer service you provided. All staff very friendly and helpful along the process.

All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful and kept me informed as to the status of my car repairs throughout the process. It did take a while for my car to be repaired but this is the norm these days for insurance repairs and I was happy with the courtesy car provided so this was not an issue. I'd rather this, than have the repairs rushed and a poor job done. I have no issues with the repair job either and I have a 3 year warantee on them too. I'd happily have them repair my car again. Plus they are local to me as well which was was extra helpful.
Top service and very accomodating collected my car. When I asked and also made sure I had my car back for the day and time needed. The work was to a good standard would highly recommend some times things take longer but for the high standard of work done it was total worth it.
After 4 long weeks and 4 different stories about what was happening with my car I finally had my car back. Every time I rang to see when my car would be ready they would tell me a different story and say there was a different problem each time . But they did the job and car now looks a lot better than it did. I then got my car home and the door handle had broken so I could get in my drivers side . Took it back for them to look at and they then kept my car yet again wouldn’t ever go back to this place ! Wouldn’t recommend either
Excellent and polite staff, courtesy car very good, accident damage to my car was dealt with very professionally, also my car inside and outside was cleaned ready for me to collect. Smooth transition thoughout. Will definitely recommend to anybody who needs body work done to their car.
Had to wait 35+ days for what was a simple repair to my car I was recommended them by Hastings/Auxillis. Not once during that time did the garage ring me to give me any updates on my car. Then when I finally picked up the car there was damage all over the rear bumper which they admitted was there workshops fault! Worst part is that they blamed the damage on me to Hastings! Avoid this place!
Excellent service, my car was collected and a courtesy car delivered at a time convenient to me, and as I needed my car back for a family holiday they went out of their way to ensure car was completed and delivered back on time. Top quality repair service. Would highly recommend. More than happy.
Great service. Highly recommend, they dealt with everything themselves I didn't have to do a single thing. The courtesy car was good enough just whilst mine was in. All staff are polite and would like to thank Paul for keeping me up to date with the process!. Thanks again team
Very bad job. I took my car with plenty scratches and the job was very bad. I try to speak with the manager but the guy was rude and force me to take my car. I feel very uncomfortable all the time when I speak with customer advices. All this time someone watching me closer. I have a scratch on my passenger dor and one guy use sandpaper on my dor when I was to drop my curtesy car. I don’t recommend this place to nobody. Cowboys
