Online app makes you feel like you've booked your appointment. You wait all day and nobody arrives. You book online again as you think you made a mistake. You call to confirm your appointment and get advised that no appointment had been made. Please see for yourself in the attachment. If it wasn't for my insurance company and had to use this company, I would use another. Had to wait another 7 days to get an appointment, and advised that the appointment would be weather permitting, and should the windscreen be in stalk. I await a phone call back to confirm.
Just like to say great service and job done to high standard. New window screen on mercedes perfect. And finished faster than thought.
Not long picked up my car after having to get a full windscreen replacement. The service was quick, professionally, and of very good quality. They even put back my mobile phone holder and my little Teddy that my boys got me, that a little touch most place wouldn't do. Thanks
Have been waiting 12 weeks, still no sign of windscreen, and no idea of when it will be delivered. No communication, I have to call them for updates. If my insurer doesn't offer another company for windscreen cover, I will not be renewing with them.

Incompetent and rude. Chip on windscreen was referred here by my insurer. All car functionality fine on handing car over. Waited 4.5 hours for windscreen. Got car back with lane assist and active breaking lights on. Was suggested this may be fine and calibrate when I drive home. Also a suggestion that it may be down to a "pre-existing fault" with my car. Had to complain to insurer. Sent back and had another windscreen fitted this time OEM not "after market" glass - another 3 hours out my day. Warning lights still on. NW claimed at this point calibration was done and this was a fault with my car. Suggested all sorts of nonsense like the active breaking had been disconnected before I bought the car impossible as it switches itself back on after every restart, that there was a pre-existing fault with my car there wasn't as no warning lights were present. Have got dealer to run proper diagnostic and this shows NW as well as talking absolute rubbish and showing dismissive attitude towards a customers vehicle failed to calibrate properly. Thankfully my insurer has said I no longer need to deal with them and has allowed for the work to be done via Renault. Avoid this place, they are utterly clueless and clearly don't know what they are doing.
They were really lovely and knowledgeable. Had a large chip on windscreen and windscreen needed replaced. After getting car back we noticed issue with the advanced safety features not working. Called them up and they told us to come back with car and they would check camera again as it had been recalibrate successfully. Turned out we needed another new windscreen but it was all fitted in a timely manner and they were great
