** RIPPED OFF ** I needed 2 replacement front tyres. So phoned NT as I'd been there before. Got over quoted by £100 per tyre. I was desperate for them so the reluctantly agreed to price match. ** DANGEROUS TRYRE PRESSURES ** But, when they did the fitting I drove home and my pressure sensors on the car said 44/29psi for the 2 front tyres. I left it 24 hours, then called into a local garage and checked readings on a digital pump and it confirmed that they they were correct. They let me drive my car out with those tyre pressures!! ** Go elsewhere next time ** Had I not had pressure sensors on my car I would be none the wiser. Really disappointed, first tried to rip me off and then let me car drive off with dangerously incorrect tyre pressures. I'll go elsewhere next time.

dont get your car fixed here, seriously" just go to a local independent mechanic you'll save hours of time and you'll pay 50% less oh AND you'll get a better job done. These national chains have ALWAYS had a bad reputation. My friend Ben used to work for one and he said the same thing...

I called into the Cambridge Newmarket road branch late this afternoon to get my tyres checked .From the guy on the front desk to the young lad in the work shop I found them all extremely helpful . Andrew who carried out the job was very knowledgeable making all the relevant checks plus giving me lots of useful information about my tyre pressure and wear on tyres. He took the time to reset my on board computer and showed me how to do it myself .which good old BMW didn't . I will defiantly be using this garage again. super service guys. Thank you Andrew

SCAMMERS! I'm an amateur mechanic, I went in for wheel alignment and they said my bearings need replacing, I had my bearings replaced TWO WEEKS ago! They said my brake pads also needed replacement as they were worn down to the rim, but when I got my bearings done I also got new brake pads. They quoted me £570 for the job! I checked with my local garage who were too busy and they said these guys obviously took me for a fool and that ONLY my wheel alignment needed doing. A warning for others...

they work with hire car companies, they work as other place, maybe they go slower than a normal place but good enough.
