Lovely gardens, well labelled to help with plant identification. Good Cafe and shop

The house was closed when we visited but the walk around the garden was stunning. Social distancing was a top priority of the venue staff too. Excellent!

What a stunning place to visit...absolutely steeped in history and it would make a lovely place to propose to your loved one! Also beautiful place to visit as a family...My husband and I go regularly with our children and the children love it....

Well worth a visit especially in October the autumn colours are amazing

So many different shades of green , so many textures and levels, with water running through it all. Also love the meadow and beehives at the top, and the kitchen garden. Each season has different colours..gorgeous!

Very nice grounds and from what I can remember quite interesting castle, lovely cafe and shop.

Great spot. Very well managed if you want to get out. Booking system in place so not crowded. Fantastic gardens and local walks.
