Many narrow steps up a spiral stone staircase, quite dangerous in places. Amazing though not particularly pretty view from the roof.
Cool wee tower unfortunately it was closed so need to go back for a wee explore

Well worth a visit. They have done a great job on the restoration. Great views from the roof if you can manage the stairs. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable.
Interesting to look around the outside of. Don't be concerned if the road signs appear to be leading you into a housing estate - that's where it is! Free parking though, so all is good

Good historical tourist attraction
Very interesting, took a spooky guided tour with the executioner Jack. He was very knowledgeable and spent time after the tour to chat with us.
