I wanted soffit boards, no big rush, was told at the counter that they had a driver for that week but he was fully booked, he didn't know if they would have anyone to deliver the following week. What a waste of time! When asked about the 5 working day delivery on the internet I was told that they didn't deal with that and it wouldn't come from their store. Went down the road to The PVC store and had a delivery the following morning and at a cheaper price.
Fantastic customer service and great prices. Go here instead of B&Q, they can give you more professional advice and are much cheaper!
Very hard to rate this shop as Poor advice & haven't got whatever you ask for not very helpful.
being dealing with john..bought a lot of stuff of them, very good quality and always first class service.
