Excellent service, everything worked as it should and tracking was very good. Pallet was collected at about 4.30pm from our address near Scarborough on the Tuesday and was delivered to the London address at 11.12am on Wednesday. Excellent!
AVOID!!! Absolutely terrible service!!! Damaged my parcel, claiming that they don’t get my emails, very difficult to get through the phone line. Dealing with them is a nightmare!!! Have to take a legal action to get my money back.
Easy to book collection and delivery details. Efficient communication and tracking. My experience has been very positive and about a third of the cost of collecting and travelling myself. I will use again and recommend the service. Thank you.
