Had an emergency on Saturday 09th December. Called NG.The engineer Chris from Tipton arrived within an hour. Chris and his team worked so hard for serval hours to get us Electricity back.Chris was very professional and patient. I hope this review will be seen by Chris and his team manager as all team are massive credit to NG.Thank you
Rang Western Power for a non emergency visit just before Easter Bank Holiday. Appointment made for the day after Bank Holiday.nMen turned up on time, did the job expertly and tidied up before they left.nFantastic!nWho were they?nMartin and ShanenBrilliant, thank you so much.
I had a power cut at 22:15. Phoned at 23:30. They were able to describe to me exactly what the problem was, what was being done to correct it, the physical nature of the work currently being undertaken and an estimate of when my power would be restored. All given to me by a delightful operator who clearly understood what information she was passing on. Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic service!
I woke up with no electricity. When I checked my electric meter, it was blank. They guys came within 1 hour of being notified, and explained that there was a fault below the surface. Of which they had to dig, cut and Jack hammer to get to it. Despite the weather conditions they were able to find and resolve the problem at 7pm.nnThanks guys!
Phoned Western Power 2 days about all the Mud left outside my house and on the footpath.Still nothing done Several people have nearly slipped over on it.And work men also put the Mud down the drain. GOOD Service Wester Power. I'm Glad I'm not one of your Customers.
