I had an excellent experience training with Raj Bhutta at National Express. His calm, patient, and professional teaching style made learning both effective and enjoyable. Raj always explained everything clearly and thoroughly. His supportive approach helped me build confidence behind the wheel, and thanks to his expert guidance, I was able to pass all my tests on the first attempt. His immense knowledge and experience was like cherry on cake for me.
I have an experience yesterday on the 67 bus coming from college with one of their so called bus inspector. I have a daysaver I'm 17 years old and I use my college ID to go and come back. Suddenly the inspector came up to me asked me to show my saysaver I did with my college pass then he took my college pass away from me. I had to follow him to get my university college Birmingham ID pass. Then the Inspector gave me a £50.00 fine for not having a photocard ID and made me cry on my way home and my mother get furious about asking me if I never had my daysaver. I did. I showed my mother the ticket and this enrages my mother. The inspector gave me and I don't have a job so I don't know where I can work to pay this fine in 21 days because I'm a student and if this is the way society treats the young and vulnerable and yet they want us to go to college
The NO 5 west bromwich to sutton coldfield bus is normally late or doesn't turn up at all .I work 12 hour shifts standing all day then I go for the bus that doesn't appear.nThe timetables change constantly, but the paper timetables at the stops are never up to date
They never pick up. You are left on hold for God knows how long. I have been trying to cancel my swift card that I lost, and no one is picking up. This is honestly really terrible service, and then they say “your call is important to us”, like who are you kidding. They should really work on their customer service or switch to a way we could do these stuff online.
Had training here, great bunch of people. Karlton was super patient and kind, had great knowledge of the job as he was a driver for many years he's older than he looks, must moisturizenI would say that the training material itself wasn't too bad, but I'm old school and enjoy print outs.nThanks for everything, can't wait to pass my tests and become a driver, one day I hope to work beside karlton helping other new starters.nOne star taken away as there is a lack of disabled spaces and disabled toilets in the training block.
