This is a a busy bus depot containing some of the training buses west midland travel for an enthusiast it is easy to park in the approach road to the depot to watch the comings and goings
islamophobia is excepted here. If your Muslim and thinking about working here. Make sure you have dictaphone/Recoder at the ready! Awful response after my allegations were made to management.
The training center staff were very accomodating and happy to help as new drivers proceed with their training process. If you get Joe and Nina when doing your assesments, then your in good hands!
Training centre is quality. Traffic office is quality. Coach department is awesome.
Been today for a driving assessment, medical and tests for a job. Great training school. The people are very helpful and make you feel at ease
The gentlemen at the operations desk and bus drivers at the garage were fantastic really helpful and polite. The woman in lost property/admin made it clear she didn't want to help us, was rude and unhelpful, the message box is always full...my guess is she doesnt listen because she has no intention of helping anyone!

Not very happy with the service I work at a nursing home in tipton while I was waiting for the 11a 2 wednesbury 4 buses went up not one come down I was stood in the bus stop for over an hour if ur going 2 redirect or change plz inform us the passenger thank-you I don't like waiting especially in the freezing cold weather
