I have used this shop many many times over the last 10 years and staff are great and always helpful and give good customer service. I have never had a problem with them all the times I have been there either buying or selling....

Awful service today. The shop assistant was so rude and unhelpful. Could clearly tell she didn't want to be there. I have never experienced anything like it! Don't recommend this shop at all. There's plenty of other similar  shops in the surrounding area with staff who are actually friendly and welcoming. AVOID.

Have used this store a few time find all staff very polite and helpful they also understand the customer's needs I have never had a bad experience or had any damaged items  this is by far the best type of store in the city centre alot better than cash converters and cash generator keep up the good work guys and girls
