It's the worst place to shop. Customer care is the worst one can receive. They don't have enough staff either. The only person that is at the till seems to be the one that serves customers most of the time. Every time I went there it was really bad customer service. The person at the till is very rude, obnoxious and she doesn't seem to understand that it's first come first serve. She was answering personal calls whilst supposedly serving customers. Me and my daughter contested what she was doing and she just babbled and kept defending herself. Unbelievable. Unfortunately this is the only place that sells school uniforms in the whole area of Bradford. I wish I could avoid going there ever
Despite being the only store in Bradford, they still refused to issue a refund. people are struggling in day to day life can't afford losses no matter how small, it has been a horrible store experience at Natasha.
Need a school uniform jumper? Natasha's is the place to go! They seem to be the only store that carries good quality jumpers, saving you the hassle of searching elsewhere. While the store can get crowded during peak back-to-school season, it's worth considering shopping on weekdays or after the rush. The staff is always helpful in navigating the cramped space, making the search for the right jumper much easier. I wouldn't advise taking your children here if you plan to stop. The worst part about this place is insufficient parking in the vicinity. The best place to park at the moment is at Kirkgate and walk to the store which is not so bad.
They got all sizes which I want and customer service is so good.
They have absolutely everything for school uniform. But two things Customer service is very low Price for some things is to high
Was quite busy when we went. But i do love how they have all school uniform so neatly hung up of all different colours representing different schools. Staff was helpful straight away. Quick service even tho it was busy.
Unfortunate that this is the only shop to get uniform from locally. Offered a promotion from the school but charged more for each item than was stated on their website or advertised on the leaflets so I didn't actually save any money using the promotion. Very unproffessional staff, no customer service whatsoever. Quality of clothes seems good other than a button coming off one of the cardigans. Also don't seem to offer a age 6-7 only 5-6 or 7-8 with the Jumpers/Cardigans. Overall good clothes but prices clearly made up in store and unfriendly staff.
Slightly overpriced but Good quality items. Many sizes were in stock when I visited which is amazing. Staff were pretty polite and it was a bit spacious but it can get crowded in some areas
Very condensed shop, hardly room to move in the aisles but had what we needed and there's fitting rooms too. I don't know if it's the schools or these shops that set the prices but over £150 for a new Year 7 pupil seems expensive when going from a junior school that provided a free polo shirt and jumper to ALL pupils. The quality of the garments here was better than one other place we looked at, pants were thicker fabric feel not a cheap nylon.
Never been to natashas uniform shop before but me & my granddaughter had no trouble at all . Staff were great very helpful they did everything for us stayed with us till we were sorted & finished it only took us 40 minutes to go in & out & that was also trying things on . I was very impressed & the shop was packed. Hopefully will go again thanks to all staff that made it a great morning for us
