I don’t normally leave reviews but feel like I need to on this occasion! I ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered whilst she was at home! I was told I could have them delivered between 4:30pm and 6pm by the inter flora team (which I added onto the delivery note) I then get told the flowers have been delivered to a neighbour at 1:30pm, if I’d of known they were going to do this I would have paid £4 less for a morning delivery. When I phoned to ask about the mix up the lady I spoke to was very rude and made me feel crappy! she was snappy and told me that they do not deliver during my requested times! so why did I not get a phone call to be told that they can’t deliver between these times so that i could arrange something else?? instead they are just left with a neighbour which I shall have to deliver to my mum myself (not what I had as part of my surprise)! will not be using again!

I'd like to say a big thank you to the girls at Natalie's florist for making a specific spray of freesias and corsages for my foster mums funeral during the quiet part of Christmas and delivering them in plenty of time for the ceremony. .. . We wanted her favourite scented flower to make it all the more personal . ... they were stunningly beautiful... definitely recommend to anyone. ..yours Janet Snow xx

Always great service and produce. Water in the boquet to keep everything fresh, loyalty card too...

Can't thank you enough Natalie's Florist for the beautiful funeral flowers yesterday - they were exceptional! And thank you for your time and advice - you were spot on with your suggestions! We can't fault anything!

Used Natalies a few times through Interflora for birthday and mother's day... The flowers are always beautifully arranged and very fresh.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely florist... Thank you😊😊
