Zero stars! Zero customer service. Needed a part for feedtruck - an agricultural truck that feeds cattle which in turn feeds you city folk. It was Storming weatherwise, not sure if we could obtain part from either Maple Creek or Swift. They would sure charge me for it BUT Would Not Return Untouched part if Not used. Laughable... How do they stay in business? Won't ever darken their doorstep again.
Jeff is amazing. Threw a curve ball at him for a car part he’s never really heard of. He was able to find it in Calgary. And he’s having it shipped to swift for the next day. Highly recommend dealing with Jeff and Napa in general for great customer service and expertise. Was pretty positive the part would fit, but he said if it doesn’t he’ll take it back. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of parts.
Actually knew what part I needed, was able to order and have it ready in 3 days.
People there are great. Kevin was very helpful in helping me out with things I needed to know. He also helped me find the part I needed. However NAPA doesn't carry the hose I need for my compressor.
Staff is pretty well trained and know their stuff. Was kind of difficult to even find out if they had a particular part for a dodge truck but they eventually ended up finding it in their system and they had it stocked so we were able to purchase it
My wife and I have tried to deal with this parts supplier multiple times. The people at the counter are completely indifferent to any type of customer service. They are uninterested in helping look up parts for vehicles or locate stock. We end up having to source it out on the NAPA website and order it into the store before the will deal with it. Especially when it comes to import automobiles such as Hyundai's or Audi's. They're standard response is time and time again... you'll have to get it from the dealer because it's unavailable.... yet the NAPA at any other city can find the parts easily.
They were very helpful and allowed me to make the correct purchase.
Good service, nice staff, and they usually have what you need in stock, and not very pricey
Usually have what I want and if not they can get it for you very satisfied!
Polite, knowledgable, and helpful. Great service and they had what I needed.
