I typically visit this Nandos branch a couple times a month if not once a month and usually have good service and good quality of food. However, this time round it was awful. Long story short, when arriving and being given a table, the entire table was dirty and had a crazy amount of dirt, food and mess on the floor and seats, one waiter did clean it and go the extra mile to clean another table was asked to be seated at , which I appreciate, the starters arrived cold and we had seen that our starters was sitting on the side for 10 minutes before being given to us. Predominately, my main meal was not cooked. The chicken was raw and it was disgusting. Overall got a refund for my meal. Food should be WELL cooked and nobody should have to worry about whether they’re eating uncooked meat, it’s not right. However, I must admit that the waitors were friendly and understanding. Therefore, I’d like to just say that be careful with your food and double check your meat is cooked before consuming and actually eating it. Luckily I checked halfway, hoping I had not eaten any but I saw that in time.
Lovely experience! Ali is the best manager and very kind! Food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely especially if you go as a couple/friends. 100% reccommend.

Came here with my 4 young children, and as soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted so warmly by all the staff. Right away the manager was very accommodating, all the staff were great!nThe food was made very efficiently, everything arrived as it should, food was great and cooked to perfection. The ladies were so polite and friendly, it really made a big difference to my evening, as with 4 young children it can be very hard, and a lot of places are not so polite and understanding with young children present, but this was the complete opposite. What an accommodating, polite and friendly bunch! Thankyou all!
