Good food!!! It's a huge hit in London. I enjoyed the chicken. Very moist and tender. The spicy rice could use some work but all in all I had a great time.

The manager (Fraser) here was amazing. He overheard me talking to my friend about newly becoming a vegetarian and allowed me to trial a veggie dish and because i didnt like it agreed to swap it for something else. This is amazing customer service and made my day!

Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a waitress who literally turned around and said 'ergh' when we came through the door, what a lovely greeting. Didn't catch her name but she was a young mixed race woman with dark hair who was very loud and just standing around chatting the whole time we were there. I ordered chicken thighs and was then told they didn't have any after I'd already ordered it so had to change my order. The food wasn't too bad when it came and the tall guy who took the order was polite and apologised that I couldn't have the meal I actually ordered.

Excellent food and customer service - much better than recent visits to a different branch. Very cheerful greeter, and superb attention throughout the meal, from other waiting staff too. The man on the plating-up station was a wonder to behold. Thank you all for restoring our faith in one of our favourite restaurant chains.
