Another great dinner at Nandos! Went to dinner while shopping, we waited about 20 min which I think is great as it was quite busy and you don't have to wait there, they text you when your table is ready. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The food was delicious and it came quite fast considering how busy it was. Note: I definitely recommend trying the Rainbow Slaw.
Truly an awful, and expensive experience. We ordered the boneless meal with 4 choices of sides and that came with "2" chicken breasts and 4 chicken thighs. For the first time I had to say something to the waitress. The 2 breasts were very overcooked and tiny. I've seen one breast bigger than those. To their credit she just apologised and within a minute brought us another one that was cooked spot on. But it was still tiny. Overall the worst cost to food ratio I've witnessed in a long time. And up there for worst food to eat also...
Omg the chefs here are amazing the chicken is always well marinated and super juicy....the managers here are so polite respectful and very attentive..even sang happy bday to my sister in law and made the surprise very special...highly recommended you won't be disappointed

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Simon and his team tonight 28/01/23- it’s been lovely. I had an issue where I ordered the food but it didn’t go through properly, unbeknownst to me, however when the app informed me of this 20 minutes later, I spoke to Simon, he explained what had happened and the whole team ensured our food came out as quickly as possible so our wait wasn’t any longer than it had to be. The food was absolutely amazing and the team seemed to get along so well with each other that it made such a friendly and welcoming environment. I don’t usually write reviews, but because of how nice this visit was, I felt it was imperative to show my thanks :
Not been for a couple of years, and proper enjoyed it, very well cooked and tasty especially the garlic sauce which gives a bit if a kick.. tender chicken, crunchy fries, tasty rice. Only 1 thing I didn't like was the garlic bread, bit hard probably over cooked 'hence 4*
The food was exquisite and cheap which is always a winner. The service was quite fast and the staff were all greeting me amazingly. The atmosphere was very nice for a restaurant in the whiye rose saying white rose has a lot of fast food areas. 4 Vegetarian options: There are many options Kid-friendliness: Many foods for kids Parking: Car park bear cineworld near nandos Wheelchair accessibility: Wide areas to fit wheelchair in my opinion
Horrible costumer service. Very rude staff, long vaiting time, no cutlery. By the time i manager to get some cutlery i already had half of my chicken liver with fingers. First and last time i come to this place.
Been to the white rose Nandos twice and both times have been awful. The food is always cold and the service is slow. If you complain they give you dirty looks and the manager Emma was very sarcastic. It's a shame because the Nandos at Kirkstall is so different .... its clean, the staff are super efficient even tho it's busier than white rose and the food is always hot and correct. Avoid white rose Nandos at all costs..... but not all Nandos are this bad . Rubbish under the tables, other customers saying the chicken had water oozing out.
The food took ages, and it was very tiny. The wrap that I got was messy and did not fill me up at all. I feel like this Nando’s is going down in portion sizes and quality of food. Overall very disappointed.
