It pains me to give a two star review to Nandos but it needs to be done. No complaints about the service, the atmosphere was what can be expected mid-afternoon on a Monday, but the food, in particular portion sizes... what a let down. Nandos in general have vastly reduced their portion sizes over the years, but the wings, if you can even call them that. What is that in the attached picture? My finger is included for reference. I wish I also took a pic of my thighs. They looked like a whole thigh cut in half. Absolute joke and I'll be steering clear of this Nandos going forward.
Enjoyed the the service, food and staff were great. Only thing I can say is that I requested for my chicken to be well done and crispy which it wasn't. I will try again and if it isn't I'll be sending the plate back to be to my standards. I hope it won't come to this.
Hetvi was amazing, lovely experience, mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday and she gave us a little package. Food was quick and delicious.nGet service on Christmas Eve, thanks Hetvi will come again!
This is the 3rd time this has happened, I ordered my food and it confirmed it went through to the kitchen. However the food just never arrived to the table. 1 hour after ordering, my friends had finished their food and nothing had come. I ask every time, they say they will remake it, and once again it takes another half an hour to get my food. When I asked for a refund, they don’t say sorry and just give the money back with no apologies. Also, when asking about where the food is, every time they assume it is something to do with the customer rather than the staff, even after showing a recipe and bank details confirming I had paid.
I wasn’t entirely happy with the colour of my chicken, so I mentioned it to the waitresses, Hetvi. She checked with the chefs and confirmed it was cooked properly, but still offered me a refund and free items. She was very apologetic and very lovely to deal with. I just wanted to leave feedback on how kind she was!
