Nothing special, frozen chips, overcooked chicken and very dry, I really don't get it why they have the overall rating so good. We had a boneless platter to share for £24.75 and I will definitely not visit them again.
Absolutely great service, friendly staff, great food. I've ordered liver and pita bread and it came Piping hot and so yummy. I can highly recommend this Nandos - right next to Cineworld in Dover
Convenient location just off the A20 and a stone's throw from Dover Castle. Friendly staff and a nice clear and airy restaurant. Had a good experience here despite my chicken thighs being burnt. I would have mentioned it to the staff, but we were very hungry and did not want to wait longer.
Half of the menu items weren’t available when we got here, this was explained to us by Ben on arrival who was really pleasant and bubbly. However the chicken was cold, my burger had ice burg lettuce in which was really strange and I’ve never had it presented like this at a Nandos before either. Our halloumi was forgotten which we immediately mentioned but our meal was basically finished by the time it was bought out. I also asked for lemon and herb mayo which is usually given in a little bowl as they no longer do their normal mayo. and I was told I ‘wasn’t allowed’ which was strange as I get it every time I go. Overall not a great experience, wouldn’t go to this one again and I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were all really friendly though regardless to being rushed off their feet.
This was my first Nandos experience and I enjoyed it! The food was hot and delicious. The service was quite good despite being a mostly self serve place. Clean and nice atmosphere. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner stop.Food: 4/5
Lightning quick service when you order via your phone - the food arrives within 10-15 minutes even when it's busy. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and always check to see if everything is ok Food: 5/5
Lovely chicken wrap and sweet potato wedges. It was too chilly sitting at the table near the door so we asked to move and were moved with pleasure by the manager to a lovely warm booth.Food: 5/5

Out of the local nandos Ashford, Canterbury and Dover this is by far the better one in my opinion. Chickens cooked well and isn't dry. Service is hit and miss, but this is down to newer staff.Food: 5/5
