The first time I went here, the chicken was a bit dry and the flavour wasn’t really there. The second time was much better could also be because it was a dine in but that shouldn’t really affect it that much.  It’s pretty standard. I get the lemon and herb and just add hot sauce on the side. I liked the peri peri fries and coleslaw.  They also have NHS discount so make sure to have your ID ready.

Never been to the crewe one before untill today. I wasn't overly impressed. Cutlery was filthy, food was average and had to wipe down my own table. Not worth 12 odd quid for a tiny wrap and a few sides with the service and expierience. Won't go again but food wasn't bad just abit chainy and can get better somewhere eles.  Parking: Parking is ok  Dietary restrictions: Ask if you have alergies

Popped into Nando’s for lunch, on entry we were greeted by a polite young man who asked if we wanted to sit in a specific area and then he showed us to our seats, asked if we had recently visited and then told us about the new guidelines. We ordered and our food came and it was delicious  omg  simply lunch but very tasty . Restaurant was very clean and pretty and there’s parking outside! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Thank you Nando’s

I'm usually a creature of habit and order the same thing, but tonight I was tempted to try the Sunset Burger. Don't get me wrong, I know that company food pictures are nicer than the reality but come on! What I had delivered looked like there'd been a fight to get the chicken on the 'bun' and the Lettuce gave up on life with only two sad pieces making it on to the burger. The garlic bread is a huge cry for help too! I will say the Peri Peri Chips were perfect though so I guess 1 out of 3 isn't bad...

Amazingly fast service, great customer service and lovely food makes this restaurant a winner. The only thing I can fault is that parking spaces are limited but, other than that, I can't fault my time and experience there. Really friendly staff too! =  Parking: The parking spots are right next to the restaurant but are limited in quantity.

Haven't been to a nandos for some time as been living overseas,  and now I don't eat meat I was wondering what I could eat.   No need to worry,  a lovely bowl of good stuff.  The atmosphere was great,  service fantastic and food delicious.  So glad to be back.Food: 5/5

If I could give this restaurant a 0 i would. Imagine on my son’s birthday we got there on time greeted by a lovely young lady got seated and everything seemed fine. We ordered straight away after arrival as we knew what we wanted. We ordered, however the lady serving me wasn’t able to put my code to collect a chilli. She asked the manager named Melissa and she quickly said there was nothing she can do I responded and said well I’m a customer here and I should be able to get a code having spent over the required amount. Starters came out cold and very disappointing. We had to wait 45mins for the mains. I had to ask them if they could at least do food for my 2 kids and the corn was not even grilled at all. Our food eventually came and the chicken wings were burnt not even eatable. The full plater chicken was hard and sides were cold. Melissa went to the other tables to explain and apologise for the delay but we never got an apology she never came to our table to apologise only offered us a voucher. This manager made our experience horrible she was very cold and she honestly was not welcoming. Sad to say we will not be going back.

Took over 2 hrs from point of placing the order, to Delivery. When the food arrived the fries and mash had been clearly kept under the hot light as the mash was dry and crusty. The fries were cold, rubbery and tasted old.

Over an hour wait for food. No mushrooms.  Mid week meal so expected better service.  The waiters were doing their best under circumstances and no fault of their ownFood: 3/5
