Initially was really enjoying our meal until I went to eat the garlic bread… which revealed a purposely hidden burnt garlic bread under neath! Both of us had burnt garlic bread that they’d put underneath the better cooked piece- which is bizarre.  I contacted Nando’s to complain as I suffer from social anxiety and don’t like to cause a scene. I was given a blunt apology and was told I should’ve said something while I was in the restaurant.  Very odd to hide a burnt piece of garlic bread instead of just making a new one? I did try it regardless however It was inedible, bitter and extremely hard.  The restaurant was literally empty, we went on a Sunday at around 7/8 so it’s not like they were bombarded with orders and didn’t have the time.

Just another Nandos that showed justice to chicken lovers . Unfortunately hummus option was below average but chicken and burger was really tasty . Their payment method via online was too easy to place order . Snap of time food is on table .  Great place with group of friends / family . Ambience of the restaurant is very good . Nandos team is extremely kind and very active .

A good place for end of day Nandos treat. Needed my chicken livers seperate and one take away. The guys on the night were on spot. You know nandos chicken is real chicken.Food: 5/5

Went on a Saturday night. The restaurant was full but was seated within 5 minutes.  Staff were courteous and attentive. Food was ordered via the web app is available and came piping hot a short while later. Quite impressive considering how full it was.  Parking: There is some parking along the main streets of Stratford-upon-Avon however it is also served by a number of pay per hour car parks. Parking should not be difficult but there may be a short walk to Nandos.

Standard fair for Nandos, you know what you're getting. Nice food somewhere between a sit down meal and fast food. Been here a few times and not much to comment on. Last visit the food was not up to scratch for me burger bun was soggy on top like it had been left in a sink but can't fault general experience too much. We were served by a young lad Jamie, who we think is new. This young man is extremely professional and came across very confidently despite admitting it was his first experience on the till. You have a bright future ahead of you Jamie, keep working the way you do!

Food was good and of high quality. It's located in a pretty trendy area within Stratford-upon-Avon with a very modern look. Tables could have been maybe a little cleaner and the servers could have offered napkins. Instead I had to ask for them. I don't know, maybe some new regulation regarding paper waste.Food: 4/5

The service here was hilariously bad.  Firstly we waited half n hour, then asked the manager, who brings it instantly but of course its cold.  So she takes it back and brings it back, it's now warm, but missing a side  So she goes to get the side and upon her return, I realise I am also missing a side.  No apology, nothing.

We visited late in the evening and were really happy with the service we received. The food was lovely and just what we needed after a long day wandering around the shops.  Vegetarian options: We both had vegetarian options, which we would definitely recommend. We had the spiced chickpea burger with peri chips and broccoli, and the grilled mushroom and halloumi pitta with peri chips and broccoli. Both were delicious.

What a great evening. Great atmosphere, great staff & great food. Being old school I placed my order at the till. I will be returning

Unbelievable experience in Nandos today! We have been disappointed of late by the one in Shirley and Solihull, but not today. Staff were welcoming and explained about ordering via the QR code - waitress helped and said if we struggled could order at the counter. Food was ready in what felt like minutes, piping hot - honestly couldn't say enough good things about our Nandos experience there! They have restored our faith and we will be returning!!
