A large group of 9 of us walked in on a busy Sunday. We were seated straight away and tables were cleaned almost immediately. Food was served promptly piping hot and we left satisfied. The people waiting tables are incredibly friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. Would recommend this branch to others Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, crayons and colouring to keep little ones occupied while food is being prepared. Parking: Side parking after 9pm Dietary restrictions: Halal chicken
We waited awhile for our food to arrive, but they were really polite and kept us informed. The young gentleman offered us the custard tart on the house for the delay which was appreciated. Food was good, but i find I’m not blown away by Nandos anymore, the sauces are never as hot as advertised. The same young man was yelled at by a customer for delayed service, and he took it well - the customer was a little unfair with his approach. Garlic bread was a little dry. If you like Nandos, this is a great branch, good service.
Had a good time here, place got really busy quickly with some awkward customers who lack any self awareness. Also the staff were unpleasant and lacked common sense to say the least. I would have loved to give nandos anywhere in the world a 5star rating but they have managed to disappoint me twice in a row. My latest incomplete order in the pics below. Fail to see butternut squash and feta cheese in my regular order ! Fail to see the peri salt in my peri chip ! ‍ shame barking nandos.
Good food, prompt service and friendly staff. I ordered online and on a Friday evening when the restaurant was full, food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Abu was patticularly helpful, we went with a young child and he ensured we were seated in a comfortable area, and even brought plates and cutlery to our table. Will be going back soon.
Nando's Barking is a one of the best branches in the Town. Staff are always friendly and smiley . Key element is parking just next to the entrance - hence, quick access to the Nando's. Food quality is always good and if any concerns, staff always ready to make it correct at once! Their menu has improved over time. Addition of healthy options making it more welcoming for diverse range of taste buds! All items are freshly made - tasty delicious. Their wide range of sauces make the food extra scrumptious
The restaurant was very good with seating us and getting our order sorted without fuss. We were served by a very nice gentleman. Abu was very helpful and even helped with a take away order whilst we ate. He was friendly and very polite. He was very helpful in packing my takeaway order. The restaurant as a whole was great. The was no manic queues and orders were correct. Front of house and kitchen staff were great. Dietary restrictions: Halal food is a plus!
More often than not, I put in a web order on the tube on my way home and they have never failed me - today, I got there a bit early and it was already good to go and they kept it hot! Super friendly staff, always happy and welcoming. They make sure you have everything and always offer extra sauces etc. good vibes : thank youuu!!!
Had Nando’s last night after moving house and Abu working the Night Shift had the best customer service. Very cheerful and welcoming. We had a take away and he took great care of needs. Always an amazing experience here. Staff is very friendly and made side orders were correct and checked on to make sure food is to our specification. Abu was amazing and made sure we had a great experience. Always drop by this place when I travel to London
