This was my first Nando's experience! I was thoroughly confused looking at the menu and I wish something could be done to make it more comprehensive. The food was good overall and the staff were very helpful and polite.Food: 3/5
We had a delicious lunch at Nando’s Didcot. I felt really welcomed especially by a super friendly, polite and helpful staff called Jordan. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is good. The other staff are quite helpful as well. Food is amazing and it took like 10-15mins to be served which is I believe average for every Nando’s branch. Conveniently located and you can park at Orchard car park and the first two hours is free. Overall very satisfied.
First time to one of these, my granddaughters choice. First impressions were not good - the table was sticky and the seat was covered in crumbs. It gave the overall impression of just being grubby.The food was nice but small portions and no tea or coffee. The staff were helpful and polite otherwise it’s rating would have been even lower.
The staff there were really lovely and patient with me when I didn't know how ordering worked. They gave me a huge bunch of extra sauce packets, and the food was really quickly made and delicious I'm really impressed by their vegan options and would definitely go there again. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and some vegan options. The vegan chicken strips in a pitta is lovely. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there Parking: It's opposite a big car park Wheelchair accessibility: I think the door to this place is a little bit small to get larger wheelchairs through comfortably. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options
The food here was top notch quality, it was very easy to order and the food arrived in a very quick and efficient manner. The staff here are also really helpful and nice. There was a good variety of dishes, drinks and sauces available as well. Parking: There is more than enough parking at most times, it gets harder to find a space during the holidays but there are other car parks in walking distance.
Bad experience again. We have ordered our food using the QR code and only half of the order went through the system. No starters or drinks for 20 minutes. Waiters like robots are marching around the restaurant without any interest or care that people are sitting at the tables with no drinks or food. You have to stop their march to get help. The table next to us had exactly the same problem where only half of the order went through. Please ask your staff to stop walking in circles. This is not a prison and it looks horrible. Who is the crazy nutjob-prison warden who ordered the staff to do that? Will go to other restaurants from now on. Well done Didcot Management.
Food was good. Our main server was great the other were ok not fantastic. We had to go get our own cutlery as well as 2 other tables that we noticed. Is this normal?.Food: 5/5
Restaurant was quiet took a while to be seated. There was loads of dirty tables that wasn’t cleared so the member of staff struggled to seat us on a clean table, even though it was quiet. The staff attitude was unpleasant and unwelcoming and came across like he didn’t want to be there. Our food was ok. Chicken was extremely DRY. Very boring and didn’t even eat half of it. I don’t recommend and will not visit again.
Not been for a long time ,but really enjoyed the meal
Had dinner on Friday with my partner and had excellent service very polite and attentive staff one member in particular stood out her name was Isobel who took our order at the counter she was very knowledgeable. Definitely be back again soon
