Although, chains like Nando’s follow pretty much the same recipe and tastes the same whichever one you choose. What differentiate between branches are: - customer service - food temperature - cleanliness This branch meets the above. Their customer service is good. Welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t find any plates on the shop floor and within a few seconds I was helped out. I’ve noticed some other branches, the food temperature isn’t hot enough. This one was perfect. Chicken was HOT and Chips was crispy and HOT too. The waiting time could have been shorter but not complaining as the food received was spot on. Tables and cutlery were clean and sauce bottles were wiped and grease free.
Went for an evening meal. Great service, friendly staff. Very spacious inside.Food: 5/5

I took my mother to try Nandos today for the first time. None of the stuff members ever smiled. Everyone looked bored in there. They serve the food and they ask you to go and get cutlery and tissue by yourself. I didn't know if it was fast food branch or a restaurant. What is the highlight of our lunch was the misery and unhappiness of the stuff. It really drains your energy. I wouldn't recommend it. We paid a great amount of money and for that service it was not worth it. You could go to any local restaurants and get better service and eat better for the same amount. That is an honest feedback
Nice food but wasn’t impressed with one of the managers sorting seat arrangements. Basically the restaurant wasn’t that busy and 2 of us wanted to sit away from the busy row of tables and this would have meant sitting on a 4 man table. They wouldn’t allow this. I’m pretty sure this would have been absolutely fine as it wasn’t busy. This wasn’t very accommodating to customers. Also when taking my order at the till…they were very slow with not much positive energy. Once the food had arrived - No body came to check to see if we were happy with our food once it had arrived. Also the toilets are not very clean. :
I went in to collect an order I put thru 10 mins before they closed was expecting to get rushed service and mediocre food BUT, one of the managers Damian greeted me upon arrival and made sure my order was fulfilled asap. He made lots of effort to make sure I had everything I needed like sauces and cutlery and made my experience very pleasant. my food was hot, tasty and well made. i will return soon : thanks again!
Food took 58 mins to get to us. the garlic bread was burnt and quite hard. My son had the butterfly chicken hot spice and he said it wasn't even hot. No check backs. The toilets weren't very clean neitherFood: 3/5

Chicken burger was a chicken sandwich u eat for lunch… No mayonaise Spicy sauce not spicy at all snowflakes here Atleast the drinks were unlimited Vegetarian options: Bean burger
Hot, delicious, cooked to perfection. Friendly staff, short wait. Big portions!
