Grilled chicken is better for your health than fried chicken. Nando can cook a great grilled chicken with variety of sauces. Parking: Good and very convenient
Food was really good and service was excellent. Interior decor was nice and relaxing with suitable music. The usual good Nandos experience. Lots of parking shared with the retail stores on site.
Service and food was much better then any other Nando’s franchise in the area, not mentioning it was quite packed!!
Always prefer to go to this Nando’s in Manchester in comparison to the other ones in the area. The service is always great and food always satisfies
An ideal place to go with teenage children for a birthday meal. There is plenty to choose from on the menu and the food is very good. I like being able to choose my own sauce from the side counter and to top up on soft drinks. We all enjoyed it and the food was reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back. Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid friendly. Plenty of room at the tables and menu to suit all ages. Staff very helpful and friendly Parking: Plenty of parking on white city retail park in the evening. Avoid football match days though. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly. No steps and wide enough aisles.
I went into celebrate my birthday with my wife. The first member of staff was not helpful. He assumed everyone had been to Nando's before. The others where excellent. We enjoyed our meal. I will go back.
A note about quality of service. Most of the time I have no complaints about the food or service. However this is the first time I experienced a host blatantly made us wait and Seated customers who came after us. Mistakes can happen, however a customer should not left feeling upset. A simple acknowledgment of a mistake would have solved this. But no. An escalation about minimum wage and being sacked is brought up by the host. Playing victim. So we left. All customers should expect a good service. This occasion was not. Service is about how you are made to feel.
My son aged 8 was desperate to go here and he thoroughly enjoyed it. As the bill payer I felt it was expensive for what you got. The food was good, in a mass produced, food chain sort of way. Won't rush to return to Nandos but will search out piri piri chicken!Food: 4/5
I was looking to purchase a new mobile phone. 2 sales assistants were helping me. I found they had no product knowledge, as every question I asked they had to look it up. One of them said there was stock.....then both said there wasn't. Won't be buying a phone from there.
Lovely.. Lovely food,members of staff.. I hav 2 go all way 2 stretford for a nandos..New nice calm stretford nandos in white city. Friendly staff. Beautiful food.. About staff.. Samantha.. she is very friendly,very helpful and excellent customer service.. wonderful!!! Atmosphere great and nice and calm and peaceful.. amazing!!!!!! Kid-friendliness: Kids eat for £6ish for desert,2 sides,and a main meal.. very kid friendly!!
