No matter where you are I seem to find that you are always treated with the same level of customer service, & friendliness at Nandos, with a varied menu that caters for all budgets, unfortunately I received my food cold but was offered a replacement twice that I refused because I was so hungry and we got to the restaurant late. We hadn't been to this Nando's but I would definitely go there again, even though there was a wide choice of other restaurants in that area.I liked the layout of the restaurant.
Propa nice bit of Nandos Very good customer service I'd recommend picking your time as a Friday lunchtime has quite a few older school kids. I mean how they can afford it I don't know, especially in my day I got £2 a week pocket money lol..
We visited yesterday during a very busy period of service. The team that were there seemed very understaffed but they did not let this affect the level of excellent customer service we received. I’m not sure who the manager is but they should be very proud of their team. They all were friendly and approachable and very kind. Well done to you all! Thank you for looking after us so well. We will be back.
Staff shortage. The waiter forgot to serve the glass together with the starter plate and no forks available at the self-service cutlery station. I informed the waiter but after 5 minutes I was tired of waiting and I grabbed a single use wood spoon nearby the tile to solve the problem. I am looking forward to edit my review if the situation changes in the future.

Good service, delicious chicken with its special sauce, fair price, it’s a great alternative other than cafes in town.
The food is really nice especially the chicken and the peri-salted chips. The overall price isn't that expensive and it was worth it.Food: 5/5
Food took 30 minutes to come as they didn’t process my order. Ish bullied my friend about his spice tolerance and called him wet for having plain-ish. Would not advise a visit!!!
I do enjoy a good Nando's and this new branch didn't disappoint! Food arrives quickly, both in-restaurant or takeaway, staff are friendly and restaurant is deceptively large. Just a few steps away from the delightful Jackson's Square shopping centre, perfect for a hot cappuccino, a glass of cold cola, or just a piece of quiche!
Very nice place if you are not hungry and want to eat tiny burgers with zero lettuce. What an absolute joke to pay 12 pounds for this miniscule burger with sloppy chips. Ooh and if you want mayonnaise they will tell you where it is, so you can get up yourself and get it, really convenient if you feel like moving around during your dinner.
