Nando's

Not so great. Took 31 minutes to serve us with a very basic meal see photos. A bit expensive for the quality. The staff were clearly rushed and under pressure as it was busy, but there was very little atmosphere beyond the enjoyable music and decor. Would I go again? Not if I was paying.

It was like a canteen. Disappointed as I used to eat at the original branches in South Africa. My wife's, daughter and my meals were cold when arrived. Instead of replacing the meal they replaced the chicken burgers but then the chips were cold. Chicken was dry, postmix coke was too syrupy and no gas. Everything just looked sticky and untidy. Won't be back obviously.

We had got there at 9:00pm and the place would close at 10 and when we got there, they didn't let us in and said they were "closed" and were short staffed. Completely disappointed. We went to nandos in quay at 9:30pm and they also closed at 10 but they at least let us in. Not recommended. Go to quay instead.

If I’m being honest the service in here is laughable. Food brought out at different times, mains coming before starters, getting our food but not given drinks glasses yet, not clearing starter plates before mains arrive, cold service from staff - just some of the things I’ve experienced here. It’s not just one staff member it’s ALL. Clearly this means they aren’t getting trained properly. Every few months or so I come in to see if it’s changed, it never does.

Mid week meal. Nice choice of chicken pitta, with spicy fries and a cold beer. Great

Tbh, hadn’t been in a long time, so was in shopping at Braehead thought I’d go in try Nando’s again, to see if I’m missing anything new. Although it was good, I didn’t really feel it was anything to give me the absolute Wow factor. I love going to Pepe’s once or twice a week for my chicken fix after the gym, and it’s half the price whilst also getting a bigger chicken portion from the 5 chicken strips there. Nando’s can have 4 stars

Visited a few times during our time in Glasgow while our son was in hospital and it's never disappointed! Staff are always lovely too.

Good food. Friendly staff

Waited at the door to be seated for an eternity and was only acknowledged when I walked in and asked if we were going to be seen to. The food came and was average at best but the biggest noticeable thing about this restaurant was how dirty it was. The seats, the tables, the cutlery, the glasses. The restaurant had a lot of employees at the time we were in and not a lot of tables. We had to clean our own table and dust the seats. If visiting Xcite - choose any other restaurant!!
