Great Nando’s with best freshest food so far. Mauro and Reena were incredible with their service and Loved they offered ice water to everyone sitting outside. Never seen that in a Nando’s before. After a gym session, I do like a cheeky nandos. The person I trained lived in West Hempstead so made sense. So the branch was busy and it was so cold outside. We ordered downstairs, and the person was very pleasant and got my instructions for my food correctly. We sat upstairs , when it's cold outside you will get a cold breeze and it's not nice at all, very chilli . Waiting time for food was average, and when the food turned up, I was happy with the broccoli and the look of my food. The food was just about warm and normally somebody comes up to check on you but nobody did so I didn't complain as I was super hungry. I'm hoping it was just like that because they were busy. Will try it one more time.
Really good food especially the butterfly burger and wings. Cheesecake was spot on. Friendly manager Ansar, and Aidan a member of staff took well care of us Food: 5/5
Nandos is our all time favourite. This particular restaurant is good with very kind staff and good seating. I loved the fact that they provide free water which should be the case in every restaurant. The butterfly chicken was yummy. Children love the opportunity to taste all their sauces . We also had bottomless frozen yogurtFood: 5/5
I went with the usual half chicken with two sides. It was a decent meal, but the service requires improvement. Waitress must have asked me three times during my meal whether everything was okay. One too many times! But I will come again, just because it’s Nando’s.
The worst meal that I have had in years. I got a butterfly burger with chips, the chips were cold the burger bun was stale, the chicken was dry and there was a hair on my chips! My boyfriend had the chicken wings - the chicken was dry also! The garlic bread was ...yes you guessed it...dry. There was no music so the vibe was also dry. Noone should ever consider eating here.
Service was okay as was the wings. The fries were rather bland- could have been from anywhere. Didn't have the signature Nando's taste.Food: 3/5
Utterly shocked by the hygiene of the place. The tables were not cleaned for a long time after customers left. The girl at the till cleaned her nose, coughing and sneezing. I was expecting her to wash her hands before she served but nope! The floor was filthy, with rubbish and food under almost every table. The staff entering to the kitchen, pushing the door with the legs. It was 3 of us in the restaurant but we ended up waiting too long for our food which arrived hardly warm. I would definitely not recommend this branch and definitely would not go there again. It was very unpleasant and rather strange I would say to see this. No one seems to care in that place
Reluctant to even give one star. Service was laughably bad, with the waitress passing dishes over the railing because she couldn't be bothered to walk up the steps to us. The food was inedible, the sauce my burger was marinated in was rancid me and my partner both left our mains untouched, the tables were dirty, we weren't given any glasses and I had to ask for them at the bar after our starters had been delivered. Just horrendous. Worst Nandos I've ever been to.
