Efficient service, staff all helpful.  Couple of items were missing from the stand, forks being one of them.  Resolved when I was able to get a member of staff.  Seemed to be new members being trained but overall happy with the service and would go back.  Food as always of a good standard.

Food tasted amazing, as you can usually expect from Nando’s. Great location, close to Old Street station. Will be coming back here to eat again soon. Chicken thighs are a must try!

Service is great  friendly and polite staff and attentive to making sure you are enjoying your visit.  Food was very well cooked and nice.   Lots of sitting areas.   We go there almost every month for lunch.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.. also the disabled toilet available on the ground level.

i mistakenly got given the wrong order when picking up a delivery the staff was so helpful about the issue and remade my order and even gave me some extras! thank you for being so great!

Went here, got served this mess, worst example of a nandos meal ever. Asked for refund and left. Avoid and go elsewhere.Food: 1/5

It’s only nandos so you don’t expect too much but the service here today was amazing. Every staff member smiling even if you just walked past them.  Lovely visit especially on your day off, it’s the small things that make your day!  Thanks! :

Pricing, choices and quality are good but just standard. The space is very limited and the interior rather worn. For a quick bite okayish.

Standard Nandos grub. Same as most of the chain. Decent amount of space so you'll usually get a table, no need to check or book in advance.Food: 4/5

Waited 10 mins for a glass of water 45 mins for only one dish which I ordered - the peri salted chips  Even after 45 mins the chips were undercooked. 3 tables which came after us got their food. Poor service and not attentive staff.

Nice food as Nando’s usually does. Staff really good too. However, tried to eat two separate nights in a row. Couldn’t the first night because they were serving only takeaway so we decided to try again a second night and several items weren’t available on the menu. This was only clear once you went to order on the online system. There was no point leaving at that stage as we were already seated so we both just ordered things we didn’t really want which were still good to be fair. If you can’t operate as a conventional restaurant in the first instance and can’t provide several items on your menu in the second, you aren’t really giving customers much value. Strange for such a large chain.
