Fantastic customer service from Georgia and the team. Made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend this Nandos. I was given some free Halloween stickers which I thought was very thoughtful and a nice touch. A credit to the organisation and I think this restaurant should be acknowledged especially in such a built up busy area in which time is not a luxury. Full Mark's from me.
Nando’s offers very good value for money but the atmosphere in the restaurant has room for improvement. The background music wasn’t great. The staff are however very good and the mild half chicken I had was lovey and tasty. I will need to order the hot one next time though. The extra hot peri-peri sauce is great. The broccoli was perfectly cooked the way I like it with some crunch and the slaw was tasty also. Cloudy lemonade was refreshing. Very happy with that and I think it’s a relatively healthy meal.
I want here for a meal with family. we got the Family Paltter, the Chicken was amazing, and so delicious full of flavours. We got two full chicken's, two Peri-Salted chips, two Spicy Rice & Rainbow Slaw, all the food was amazing, all cooked properly and everything was Juicy, I would Recommend coming here for food, I was a but upset the Plates was cold and the food was not hot more like warm, but I still enjoyed they food so much it was £49.99
My review is for delivery. Generally, the chicken dishes thighs are OK. Sometimes they are a bit small or dry or burnt but overall a 3.5-4 star effort. My complaint is with the paltry amount of chips supplied for £7.50 or so. Most times I've ordered from this branch I get a pack about 50% filled which considering the price is scandalous and could be considered cheating. I've paid for a large portion of chips and I get nothing near it. Time to improve your crew training to provide the service that is paid for.
I’m a big Nando’s fan. This was the worst experience I’ve had by some margin. Service was incredibly slow for Monday night they seemed understaffed, stressed and confused. Top Tip when you seat me, don’t then sit other customers at the same table while I’m ordering at the counter and then seem almost hostile when I ask where do I sit now and where’s my order going. I was shocked at how I was spoken to. Food was fine, portion small relative to other branches, very poor service.
I dined at Nandoos in Chiswick this evening with my family and had an amazing customer service by Gorgina, who greated us with a warm and welcoming smile. She provided the best customer service to us that I had not anything like that in Nandoos before, this was a first. We did not have to wait before she brought our food to us exactly how we like it, very well done. Gorgina was great and very attentive. This Nandoos will be the go to by my family from now onwards. Thank you Gorgina .
Disrespectful staff and extremely slow service. Two families who came after us and ordered after us had received and finished their food before we had even gotten ours. We spoke to a supervisor and she told us we had only ordered 11 mins ago when the bank statement tells us it had already been 35 mins. Awful customer service. My husband was polite and he was responded to with arrogance. The food got to us and we had the old, dry, chewy, cold fillets. We tried to ask nicely for help with the order as it was inedible and we were met with yet more disrespect.Only one person apologised for all of the disrespect, her name was Nufur.
The food quality was consistent and the service was friendly. We went at noon so there were plenty of seats to choose from.Food: 5/5
Mihai looked after us, by ensuring our different nandoes cards are used well, and vouchers used properly. There were hiccups in ordering, keeping food warm, though it was all iron out with good service and prompt to resolve issues. It was very noticeable than previous months that the change in management has seen the Nandoes team work in unison and be a good friendly team within themselves and customers that creates a pleasant environment than the ruthless one previously noticed, were customer service was not right. Though through out under Georgia's management, she has taken leadership in her own hands and natures the evolving team to always achieve greatness which is becoming to fruitful now. I wish well for the team to be always in good hands. Thank you, look forward to our going back to our, proud to say now 'hometown Nandoes'. Thank you
Food Critic Ratings: A visit to this Nando’s has been none the less an up and down experience. The restaurant was empty which was a surprise. The food was good, however I was let down by the consistency of the food, it was slightly burnt and dry more than needed despite the fact there was only another table. the service was good not excellent. Hygiene was good.
