The food we had was quite good, however, and I appreciate it's nandos, and so not targeted at veggies one veggie sausage cut in 2 is a bit tight for £3.50 for "peri plant strips". I was also impressed by how many veggie options they had on the menu, but 3 of them weren't available on the night. The roll they used for the burger was very stale though, I'd like that sorted out. Vegetarian options: I was impressed by how many veggie options there were on the menu, but 3 options were not available
Had a lovely time having some dinner at Nando’s in Soho. Went there on the 7th August with a friend after window shopping in the afternoon and the staff were really efficient, helpful and friendly also making sure our food was good which it was, delicious as ever! so all in all, it was a relaxing experience.
Chicken lover's heaven. Nando's is a great place where you can eat decently with few quids in a modern and welcoming location in the heart of SoHo. Recommended is the legendary, flame-grilled PERi-PERi. Clean and efficient staff, moderate price, London has tons of choices when it comes the time for a quick bite but Nando's remians one of the favourite for most not surpsingly.
Reliable chicken at a fair price in a location where there's aren't many affordable options. It's time to replace your worn out chairs. And please bring back the 'mango and lime' flavors.Food: 5/5
We were at Nando's a few days ago and Sean was our server. We had a brilliant time with our friends and Sean was also very helpful as we also had a small baby with us. The food and staff were absolutely amazing. And most importantly, we had enough room for the stroller, we didn't wait long and we didn't have to vacate the table after 2 hours. Highly recommended!
Staff were amazing - pleasant, helpful and friendly despite being very busy. Food was disappointing. It's been a while since I was in a Nandos and maybe things have changed, but my "hot" chicken pitta was mild and no one at the table had spicy food without adding extra sauce. Vegetarian options: Better range of veggie options than there used to be and tasty.
As seems to be the case for many central nandos, there's things missing from the menu. This time was the mixed salad. They had to double check about butterfly chicken. But the staff is really lovely despite how busy things are. The toilets were decent. I would return.Food: 4/5
Food took 35 minutes and when it arrived the order was wrong, meaning we had to wait a further 10 minutes to eat together. Food was cold by then and also chicken pretty dry. Wasn't even busy, but these things happen. The staff were apologetic, but it ruined our visit. Pretty unlucky, or should I say, unclucky Food: 2/5
We’ve had a great dinner at Nando’s. The food was great very well seasoned and the waiter, Jason, treated us very nicely. We’ll definitely come back!
I went in the restaurant at 9.57PM and asked the cashier if she is accepting orders. After ordering I was asked to take my food away instead of eat in stating closing time without stating it prior payment. Despite several existing customers eating I was forced to take my food away to eat outside. Being a former Nandoca, I always made sure that my customers were top priority even though they came in during the last closing minutes. Ms Dominica who took my order, who was coincidentally the duty manager showed lack of customer service and her words were pretty blunt. This is not acceptable.
