Absolute delightful experience. This place has good seating arrangements, which can accommodate more ppl hence the wait time is reasonable. Staffs are polite and friendly, serving is pretty fast. As always they served delicious food, chickpea burger with spicy chips is my favourite. This place is slightly near to the parking lot and next to the quay side mall.
Came in after the Media City run to a very busy restaurant. We were seated fast by Edward who ensured that our evening was positive. He has such a contagious positive vibe which has made our night Food: 5/5
First time eating at any Nando's. Food very tasty, service fast. Location good for eating something after football match.Food: 5/5
Stumbled across the place a couple of years ago when looking for somewhere to eat before the football. The service was excellent along with the food as well. Can highly recommend a visit, been a couple of time's since our first visit also. Excellent!
Another great Nando’s, but what impressed me most was that despite how busy it was both Edward and his colleague Beth, who were front of house, worked hard but smoothly and elegantly to ensure guests were seated promptly and had everything they needed. Quality was not affected, and well done to the Chefs too! This is what great customer experience looks like! 5 stars all round!!
Overall nice enough very clean however there was a staff member who complained to our teacher as we our students, the staff member in question got our order wrong multiple times so obviously we would be a bit annoyed the other staff were niceFood: 4/5
Staff very rude, quite bothered by the costumers. We asked a plate of wings that came back pretty much all burnt. Very unhappy with the way they treated us and about the food, we love Nanods so the main issue was actually just the stuff.Food: 1/5
We’ve had the best experience this evening at Salford Quay’s Nando’s. In particular, I need to mention Edward who has gone above and beyond to make our experience the best. We’re off to see a show at The Lowry, and this has been the best start to our evening! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you! Food: 5/5
Really friendly and welcoming staff and manager. When alerted to allergies/intolerances, they were very careful to make sure the food was prepared and served carefully. The food was served promptly, excellent serving sizes and a good choice of options. Delicious and good value. Thanks for your help and we will be back when in Manchester. Dietary restrictions: Really careful when told about gluten and milk dietary issues. Still a large amount on the menu that was available to us despite this, and showed us the breakdown of ingredients in each item ordered.
We were greeted with a smile when we walked in by Edward. He was very kind and caring. He resolved an issue with the food straight away and was constantly checking up on us about our food. 10/10 service Thank you Edward
