The staff, from the manager all the way to the waiters exuded a customer centered spirit. The cooks efficiently delivered our orders in less than 12 minutes. Vegetarian options: There's even a vegetarian burger. Kid-friendliness: There's a kid version of the menu called Nandinos with every meal costing under £6. Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair access including a specialised restroom.
A decent Nandos, but does get quite busy with lots of children. Food came within a reasonable time, food was well cooked and a decent portion. 4.5/5Food: 5/5
Ordered online for pick up. Got there slightly early so order wasn't quite ready but the manager - Isabella was very professional in her approach and said they are on it. Service from her exceeds expectations, greeted with a smile and left as a happy customer. Food was cooked to perfection, hot as you would expect it to be. Good nandos, chicken had sat for too long however. Can’t fault the halloumi
This place is an utter joke! Don’t go!! We queued for 20 mins just to order and sat for a further 45 mins waiting for food during which time a Nando’s waiter dropped a plate of food down my coat. We noticed that 4 groups of people got their food before us when they had sat down much later than us. The guy who took our order at the till was super friendly and the manager was very apologetic when food and sauce was spilt all over my coat, but the rest of the service there was just so bad. Got money back and left! Awful, disorganised and stressful. Not what you want on your Saturday afternoon!
Not sure why I keep ordering from this Nando’s. I ate in last week and the chicken was dry, then got take out today and I couldn’t taste the lemon and herb sauce on the wings at all. Location is convenient because of parking , otherwise I would get from Wood Green. Every time I’ve been to wood green nandos the chicken has been cooked well, can’t say the same for finchley :

Good busy edition of this popular chicken chain, that have now added lots of vegan and veggie option. Medium chicken is my favourite and enjoyed superfood salad. Friendly staff and were seated quicker than the quoted 15 minutes.
Years ago this was the only option for Nandos in Finchley and loved going there even though it was always busy. The staff here are still fantastic and helpful as always and friendly. Food is good as always but sometimes not as good as some other stores I feel. Also, not having any hot drinks coffee/tea at all since Covid in 2020 is a big let down for such a big restaurant. I think with a few tweaks here and there this could be back to 5 star for sure.
Lovely staff and service, especially Johnathan, he was helpful and took care of our dine in and take away experience. The chicken was delicious as well!!
