This has definitely gone down in standards and quality of food and service. Full renovation is needed, chairs with rips in them, full bins, tables with empty glasses, plates left without the urgency to clear and clean away. The service is as if everyone needs a rocket up their backside, lack of interest from any of the staff which is not very welcoming at all. Food!!! Chicken small portion size and very little chicken for the price, warm at best and then cold chips that have a strange taste and can tell they’ve been sat for awhlle, chicken wings arrive either burnt to a crisp or undercooked. Will certainly not be returning. Cost of the food does not reflect the service, standards or quality. Avoid.
Food was amazing. The sauce was to die for! We were served by a waiter called Enrik he did amazing customer service and made the whole experience a-lot more great. Atmosphere was great no problems very nice people definitely will go againFood: 5/5

Went today on a bank holiday manic Monday. Was totally packed . But the food was great and one of the servers JACK went above and beyond for us with our order. So busy but the staff seemed to all know what they were doing and had it under control . Very good . Well managed
I've never been to nandos until yesterday and What a dissapointment it was. I barely even touched my food the chips was chewy like they have been re heated, the chicken was dry with the nasty lookin bits still on it, the day after both me and my partner are in and out of the toilet with bad stomachs. £50.00 for 2 meals without drinks so all in all high priced low quality food that makes you sick. will never eat from here again.
After being let down somewhere else we went with a party of 15 expecting to need to split up. Instead the staff pushed us some tables together and sat us all, very helpful and friendly. Food was tasty too. Thanks!Food: 5/5

Not been to Nando’s for a long time but won’t be going again in hurry especially to bury…. Me and my son went for dinner today .. I ordered a chicken burger and peri peri chips for myself…. It came the chips looked like they was full of fat the burger was cold and the bun was rock hard I would say stale… told the lady behind the counter she said sorry we will change that now … 5 min later looked like the same full of fat chips and the burger was just the same… what annoyed me more was the lady said we have warmed the burger as well…. No chance £35 down the drain my son ate his but he is a teenager he will eat anything… it wasn’t like the place was busy load of tables empty…. Don’t go trust me horrible over priced ……..
